We Note (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the We Note mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information and data.

Overview We Note is a notes and to-do list application designed to function without collecting personal data from users. We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring transparency.

All notes, tasks, and related data created within the app are stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect We do not collect, store, use, or share any personal information from users. This includes, but is not limited to: name, email address, phone number, location data, contacts, files, or media. We do not track users and do not store any data on external servers.

Third-Party Services The App uses third-party services to support functionality such as advertising.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. While we do not collect any user data ourselves, AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including device information (such as model and operating system), IP address, advertising ID, and app interaction data.

Advertising Advertisements displayed in the App may be personalized based on user interests. Users can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting their device settings:

Data Storage All user-generated data, including notes and to-do lists, is stored locally on the user’s device. We do not access, collect, or store this data externally.

Data Security We prioritize user privacy and do not transmit or store user data externally. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy We Note is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob may collect limited data as described above.
